1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the s6x6 website or mobile platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the s6x6 platform.

s6x6 reserves the right to update, modify, or amend these Terms at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to registered users via the email address on file. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

To create an account and use the s6x6 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age (21+ only). Underage gambling is strictly prohibited on s6x6.
• You must be a resident of Bangladesh or otherwise legally permitted to use online gaming platforms in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be acting as an agent for, or otherwise on behalf of, any other person for purposes of gambling on this platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and take responsibility for your own actions on this platform.

s6x6 reserves the right to request identity documents at any time to verify eligibility. Accounts found to be in breach of eligibility requirements will be suspended immediately and any pending balances may be forfeited.

3. Account Registration

Each player may hold only one (1) active account on s6x6. Opening duplicate, multiple, or fraudulent accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate, current, and complete. s6x6 shall not be liable for any errors arising from inaccurate information provided by the user.

Account Security

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify s6x6 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. You must:

• Use a strong and unique password that you do not use for any other online service.
• Never share your login credentials, username, or password with any third party.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on s6x6 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). s6x6 supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively through approved local payment channels. No cryptocurrency, foreign exchange transfers, or third-party payment processors are accepted.

Deposit Rules

The following conditions apply to all deposits made to your s6x6 account:

• Minimum single deposit: ৳500. Maximum single deposit: ৳50,000. Daily deposit limits may apply.
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected bank transfers (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank).
• Funds deposited must belong to the account holder. s6x6 reserves the right to reverse deposits made from accounts not held in the player's own name.

Withdrawal Rules

The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests submitted through your s6x6 account:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500. Withdrawals above ৳20,000 may require additional KYC verification.
• Withdrawal processing time is typically 1–3 business days. Processing times may vary during peak periods such as BPL season or Eid holidays.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, unless otherwise approved by s6x6 support.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

s6x6 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin promotions, and cricket betting cashback offers from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

• Each bonus offer carries a specified wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash unless all rollover conditions have been satisfied.
• s6x6 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Ongoing promotions will be honoured for players who have already opted in.
• Only one active bonus may be held at a time. Players must complete or forfeit an existing bonus before activating a new one.

Any attempt to abuse bonus offers, including but not limited to arbitrage betting, coordinated wagering, or use of automated systems, will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds.

6. Responsible Gaming

s6x6 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We strongly encourage all players to treat gambling as a form of entertainment and not as a means of generating income. 7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the s6x6 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and possible legal action:

• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated system to place wagers or interact with the platform.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, collusion with other players, or any activity that exploits technical errors or vulnerabilities on the platform.
• Registering or accessing s6x6 from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited or from any country on s6x6's restricted territories list.
• Using another person's account, identity documents, or payment methods to access or fund a gaming account.
• Attempting to reverse, dispute, or charge back any deposit made to your s6x6 account through your payment provider.

s6x6 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies in the investigation of suspected fraudulent activity. Any winnings obtained through prohibited conduct will be declared void.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the s6x6 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of s6x6 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or modification of any s6x6 content is strictly prohibited.

The s6x6 name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of s6x6. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use the s6x6 trademarks, trade names, or other proprietary designations without prior written consent from s6x6.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, s6x6 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform. This includes but is not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, computer damage, system failure, or the cost of substitute services.

s6x6's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Privacy Policy

Your use of the s6x6 platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy explains how s6x6 collects, uses, and protects your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection principles. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Amendments to These Terms

s6x6 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be available on this page. Where changes are material, s6x6 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via their registered email address at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the s6x6 platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cease using the platform immediately and contact support to close your account.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be referred to s6x6 customer support for informal resolution. s6x6 is committed to resolving player disputes fairly, promptly, and transparently. If an informal resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days, the matter may be escalated through appropriate legal channels.
